Our development
Eupronet came into existence in 1996 as an offshoot of the H&R
Communications Information Management GmbH in Heidelberg. The
founders of the company are three experienced university professors
from the professional fields of IT and information management,
organisation development, control, risk management as well as
tax and balance sheet preparation.
Our principle: Change
The adage »panta rhei« (everything flows) describes,
today more than ever before, the economic, social and communication-related
order. Traditional structures, primarily in economy, in communication,
in the media and the company public, break away and make it possible
the creation of new things. Change as the only constant, becomes
the principle of a global and increasingly virtual company. Eupronet
has also developed, from a theory- numbers- and technology-centred
group of consultants into an internationally active company, to
which man, his needs and his relationships are central.
Our principle: Communication
People live in organisations and people live organisations. The
only way to reach people is to communicate with them. Communication,
which is exchange of information and ideas and argument, is the
basic condition for people understanding one another. We see company
communication as a whole of concept-related and operational internal
and external (communication) steps, which influence the thinking
and actions of those persons who are relevant to the success of
a company and so contribute to the implementation of the processes
of change in the desired manner and with the desired effect.
